Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I love what I do and believe in the importance of a mental tune up to help get us to our normal baseline or better. I believe in the importance of client self-determination. I have been practicing therapy for the past 7 years. I look forward in meeting you!
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into what brings you here. This will allow for me to create a tailored plan for us to work through in our future sessions.
I see the importance of identifying the root cause, triggers, supports, and coping skills to address them. I use a compassion focused lens and utilize various therapeutic techniques tailored to your unique needs.
My practice derives from a compassion lens. I can help you if you are struggling with stress, anxiety, or self esteem.

I use this approach in helping clients understand and change how their thoughts influence behaviors and emotions for the overall purpose of improving quality of life.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I teach and implement mindfulness techniques such as meditation, reflection, and relaxation exercises to focus on the present moment.
