For clients that are interested, Positive Psychology is an excellent approach to develop ways of thinking, feeling, and acting that are consistent with happiness and success.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I only use mindfulness based therapy with clients that are interested in this approach, which focuses on being more present in the moment. A growing body of research suggest this approach can decrease depression, anxiety, and many other psychological issues.
