My name is CynDee Pakyurek, PhD. I am a licensed psychologist in California (License PSY33716). I completed my graduate studies at California School of Professional Psychology. I was employed at Mayo Health System, Minnesota, for several years before I moved back to California, where I now work in private practice.

I see clients both virtually and in-person. I know it may be difficult to take that first step to seek help. I believe that prioritizing mental health is a key to a happier, stable life.
First session
Our first session will consist of an intake where I gather information regarding your life history because everyone is unique. Our follow-up sessions will consist of listening to your worries, setting goals, and leading you through various strategies to help you feel more satisfied with life.

Ideal clients
I enjoy working with children, families, and adults. I am a general psychologist and work with a variety of problems, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and adjustment issues. I also specialize in ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. I use a variety of treatment modalities, such as Cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, Emotion-focused, and EMDR.
