Hi ! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive clinical experience working with individuals and couples. In addition to my private practice,I have been an Adjunct Professor for 15 years in a Graduate Program in Mental Health Counseling. My focus has always been on proving my clients with practical evidence based outcomes that have enriched their lives.
Tracy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. She takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach, assisting clients with feeling less overwhelmed, helping them reconnect with their resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence while building practical coping skills and creating meaningful, lasting change in their daily lives.
As a client of mine, you should expect a learning and judgment free space. A space where you will be understandably hesitant yet free and understood. I've dedicated my career to becoming a better therapist for my clients by learning about other cultures and aspects of life that contribute to our mental health.
In our work together, I aim to provide the best approaches to reach your goals and ultimately leave feeling complete and refreshed. With my years of experience, I have helped many clients and couples understand themselves in different ways than they started and make positive changes that they hoped for. Understanding how difficult it is to be open and vulnerable, it is especially important for me to be patient and increase my abilities with engagement. I strive for understanding, respect and authenticity in all sessions and with all clients.
As a social worker therapist grounded in mindfulness theory, my dream client embodies a spirit of openness and motivation for change. This individual recognizes the challenges that come with personal growth but approaches therapy with a willingness to explore and confront these difficulties. They appreciate the journey of self-discovery and are eager to gain insights that can lead to meaningful transformation in their life.
In our sessions, I envision a collaborative environment where they feel safe to express their thoughts and emotions. They understand that progress may not always be linear, yet they remain committed to the process. This client values the therapeutic relationship and seeks guidance to cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and mindfulness in their daily life.
What I cherish most about this ideal client is their ability to reflect on their experiences and actively engage in their healing journey. They inspire me with their courage to face discomfort and their desire to learn and grow. Together, we would explore various mindfulness practices and therapeutic techniques, fostering a deep connection that empowers them to embrace change with compassion and patience.
Ultimately, my dream client is someone who is not only motivated to seek help but also appreciates the support and insight I can offer. In this partnership, we would work hand in hand to navigate the complexities of their experiences, celebrating each step toward a more fulfilled and mindful existence. This collaborative spirit of growth and understanding is what makes the therapeutic journey profoundly rewarding for both of us.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse populations across a range of settings, including an adolescent residential treatment facility, a hospital, and a nonprofit organization supporting children affected by cancer and their families. Currently, I am employed within a school district, where I provide school-based counseling services to middle and high school students.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I use to help students manage challenges related to ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and anxiety. I also support students in developing executive functioning skills and strategies that promote academic and personal success. In addition to working with adolescents, I enjoy working with young adults and individuals in midlife.
I have completed Gottman level one and two training and work with many couples

My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based clinical modalities with a deep respect for each individual’s unique journey. I approach each client with the understanding that no two stories are the same and that therapy must be tailored to honor the individuality of your experiences. I integrate evidence-based practices with respect for each individual’s journey, I support clients through healing the emotional and historical roots of conflict. From the outside, it may look like you have it all. You've built a successful career, business, or family, yet something still feels off. You may feel disconnected, misunderstood, stressed, or simply not as fulfilled as you expected to be. You might even find yourself wondering, "Why doesn't this feel the way I thought it would?"
If that resonates with you, you're not alone. Since 2007, I've helped individuals and couples better understand themselves by uncovering the relationship blind spots that quietly shape every area of their lives—from the relationship they have with themselves to the relationships they have with the people they love.
Many of my clients don't come to therapy because they're falling apart. They come because they know they're capable of experiencing more in life. More love. More connection. More peace. More fulfillment. They simply don't know what's getting in the way.
Together, we'll identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck so you can begin creating the life and relationships you've been wanting all along.
My practice is intentionally small and built around a concierge model of care that differs from traditional in-network therapy. I work best with clients who are ready to invest in themselves through a committed, integrative process rather than casual weekly check-ins.
I am a licensed mental health professional with extensive experience in supporting individuals on their path to improved well-being. With a Master's degree in Counseling from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY, I have honed my skills over 9 years.

Whether it's anxiety, depression, PTSD, or relationship difficulties, I am dedicated to assisting children, adolescents, and adults in overcoming these obstacles.
I have focused my career on helping individuals navigate their everyday struggles. By incorporating empathy and compassion into my practice, I guide clients using evidence-based methods to achieve a fulfilling life.
My ultimate objective is to empower individuals to navigate their unique challenges, fostering resilience and a sense of normalcy and balance. Through the creation of a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, I facilitate personal growth and facilitate lasting positive change for those I have the privilege of working with.

My approach is warm, supportive, and direct. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being open and honest, while also helping you challenge patterns that no longer serve you.
