I am a licensed clinical social worker and clinical hypnotherapist specializing in life success for all ages. The more you look into the darkness, the lighter it becomes. This is my life statement. I have seen the darkest times, and the worst of times, and have experienced personal failures in life. When I speak with clients it is from a place of empathy, understanding, compassion, and non-judgment. No one promised this life of ours would be easy, but I can promise to serve you as you work towards healing yourself. I believe that you are the expert yourself, and I am just a guide here to show you some of the tools, skills, and therapeutic approaches I have acquired.

Dr. Lopez is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Florida. He specializes in mindfulness-based therapy and neuropsych evaluations. He works with you on constructing an environment that allows growth and employs judgment-free techniques to help you change the relationship you have with uncomfortable emotions and/or moments in life. Jack Hazan uses evidence-based interventions to work collaboratively with you to resolve your concerns. He has studied various approaches and techniques proven to bring forth effective results, including internal family systems, CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy. My style of therapy is more direct and solution-focused than ordinary and outdated talk therapy; I take an active role during our sessions while utilizing more modern and progressive therapeutic techniques proven to bring forth effective results. Some of the modalities I use include sex addiction therapy, internal family systems, LGBTQ+-focused modalities, CBT, DBT, sex therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Hypnotherapist located in Florida. I received my Masters from the University of Central Florida and have been practicing for 8 years. I help adults and adolescents with issues ranging from depression and anxiety to grief and complex trauma. I use an electic approach informed by existential, behavioral, and psychodynamic models of psychotherapy.
