Hello,
My name is Moises Ramy. I am a licensed mental health therapist, a Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida, and a doctor of psychology. I graduated as a Doctor of Clinical Psychology from Carlos Albizu University, Miami Campus and completed my doctoral internship at the Federal Medical Center (FMC) in Lexington, Kentucky. At that time, the mission of FMC was a federal prison/hospital for incarcerated females with medical and psychological conditions. During my doctoral internship, I completed three clinical rotations. Two at FMC, in the Crisis Wing and in the General Population Unit and an elective rotation at Ridge Behavioral Health System (formerly Charter Ridge Hospital of Lexington), Lexington, Kentucky, assessing suicidality of adolescents in crisis from the Lexington area and the Appalachians.
My clinical spectrum covers diverse females and males, LGBTQ+ members, homeless veterans, and young college students experiencing moderate to severe adjustment problems as well as older adult issues. During these clinical years, I have acquired vast experience helping clients from all walks of life struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, interpersonal conflicts, bipolar disorder, gender and sexual identity issues, abuse and trauma, and substance abuse. I have offered most of my clinical services in different prisons and rehabilitation centers, private and community mental health hospitals, and veteran homeless organizations. My exposure and experience working with these populations have extraordinarily helped me become a more empathetic, non-judgmental and non-directive clinician. My whole idea about psychotherapy is helping clients to help themselves so that they work on solutions, develop the strength to cope with their everyday challenges and regain competence and control of their lives.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW ) in the state of Florida. I believe in the importance of building rapport with clients. I want my clients to feel as comfortable as possible, and I do my best to achieve this by using a client-centered approach. I tend to use a Cognitive Behavioral approach with an emphasis on Mindfulness. However, I believe in utilizing an approach that is best for my client this may also include Dialectical Behavioral or Solution Focused therapies.
Regardless of what you are dealing with, I am here to help you get through it. I have experience with depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma and much more. Let’s work together and get started on your healing journey.
Hi, I’m William Barney, LMHC. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, drawing from modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered on their journey toward wellness.
I have over 18 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I follow a relational and strength-based approach to counseling. It is also important to me that clients feel treated like a whole person with intersecting identities that are all valued and supported. I believe that when someone feels seen and heard, they will often discover more about themselves, those they care about, and the world around them. I think we are complex beings, and I love collaboratively looking at things from multiple perspectives and asking questions like what's helping you and what's getting in your way or what was the best part and the most challenging part of your week?
Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do:
1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done.
2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change.
3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.
Hi! My name is Shalom Adler ,and I am excited to be a part of the Grow Therapy team. I treat everyone the way I would like to be treated, with respect, compassion, dignity and empathy. Hi, I’m Marquel, LCSW — but feel free to call me Quel. Life can be a lot—especially when you’re trying to figure out who you are, where you're going, or how to keep it all together. Whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected, or just not like yourself, therapy can help you slow down, realign, and reconnect. With over 7 years of experience, I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship challenges, career pressure, and identity exploration. I also specialize in working with individuals navigating complex systems like the juvenile justice space, helping them heal and rewrite their story. I offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up fully—confused, curious, hopeful, or overwhelmed. Together, we’ll build tools for clarity, confidence, and long-term emotional wellness. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up.
