Many of my clients grew up in environments where fear, shame, or confusion were constant, and where the adults around them failed to protect them, or became the ones they needed protection from.

Using Brainspotting and parts work, we’ll create space for your body and your inner world to tell the truth, at a pace that honors what you’ve been through.
You won’t be asked to “move on,” “forgive,” or explain what should have been obvious. We’ll start with this: what happened to you makes sense. Your symptoms are not the problem—your past is. And healing begins when someone finally helps you hold that truth.
