Hola and Welcome, my name is Jennifer Delgadillo a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT. I have been a bilingual therapist for the last 7 years. Throughout my career, I have gained an amplitude of experience working with young adults, children, adolescents, and military. I offer a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space to explore and process your current life challenges and develop effective strategies to allow you to continue growing during life changes.
Healing through self-discovery is a powerful means to uncovering your full potential. The relationship starts with yourself. The healing journey is defined by you creating a life you want to live as I work as an aid, the vessel to support you.
Are you struggling with complex trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, or life transitions? Is your body storing pain? Are you questioning your purpose, career, and relationships? Are you searching for balance? Is work or family obligations stressing you? Are you feeling disorganized, or are criticizing thoughts getting in your way? Have you held onto a dysfunctional narrative of who you are?
Welcome. I am glad you are here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, Florida, Texas, & Utah. I offer video teletherapy. A little about me. I am a free-spirited traveler, wife, mother. I know what it is like to feel stuck, yearning for that something. Connection is critical in our search for support.
Mi lengua materna es Espanol y soy fluente en Ingles y espanol. I am a dedicated and highly emphatic therapist. My style is Eclectic therapy because it allows me to utilize multiple theoretical orientations and techniques. I have been exposed to different cultures and I am grateful that I was able to connect with a diverse population from around the world. I believe that each person is unique and their experiences and needs are also unique and that’s why I use the technique that will fit the moment and the need. I am very flexible and will explain what and why I am utilizing the approach at the moment. I believe that patients already bring the answers or solutions within and my job is to help them identify their strengths and to work through their weaknesses. I have been working in the mental health field for twenty years. My personal experiences have made me the person I am today and also helped me to connect with people’s experiences. I believe in what I do because I know that people can change their circumstances all they need is willingness and a conscious personal awareness. My strengths are adults male/female (relational, self-esteem, domestic abuse, family issues, vocational, work problems/stress, couples, PTSD, trauma)., anxiety, panic attacks, trauma - PTSD. I was born in Nicaragua and have been living in California for the past 40+ years and I connect and understand the immigrant first/second generation culture and the struggles they may face. I am fluent/bilingual in English/Spanish.
You don’t have to struggle alone!
I look forward to the opportunity to work collaboratively with you in your journey in discovering how to make positive changes, decrease negative behaviors and thoughts, and help improve your mood and engagement with life!
In our hectic world we often find ourselves afraid to take risks that could jeopardize the stable lives we have created for ourselves. We remain in jobs, relationships and old patterns that no longer work, while symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger and self-defeating patterns keep us from making real changes to our lives.
If that sounds like you, you are stuck. We can feel lost and alone when we are unable to move forward, whether in work or a personal relationship. Therapy can help you break free of that and thrive.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on teens, adults, and couples. I have worked with clients on concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family reunification.
I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I also minored in sociology.
What I have learned about pain is this: it does not have to stay. This practice is private, because our work is sacred; truly, no one understands your pain the way you do. I will always remain a safe space to help shift that agony toward ease. Welcome.
Any rating on this page is a reflection of a HIPPA violation left without reparations by the state of California and the Federal Government; it is not an accurate depiction of me but rather, my identity having been stolen after it was sold to the dark web after I experienced a break in via city wide attack given I am allied with the Queer community, the Immigrant community, the Black & Asian community, and the Single Mother Community.
Additionally, I am Jewish. Please disregard.
Iam a licensed clinical social worker who has been working with children, youth and adults for the past eight years. My background is special needs case management and parenting as a school social worker. My "why" when I think about my work is this: listening to clients stories' and sitting with them in their path to building resiliency. I believe the client knows themselves and their strengths, I sit by and guide them to build insight about how they want to make changes for personal growth. I champion my clients as they build their capacity for vulnerability to develop their authentic selves. I consider it a huge privilege to do this very important work.
Hi! Welcome to Grow! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & hold a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from Hope International University. My academic curriculum specialized in: family systems, biopsychosocial thought, psychodynamic approaches, and person centered interventions. Therapeutically, I specialize in substance abuse counseling/addiction, as I am also certified as a substance use counselor and have worked in substance abuse treatment as a residential treatment technician before becoming a therapist. Further, I specialize in working with kids & adolescents who struggle with emotional defiance/conduct disorders & developmental disabilities. Further, I have experience in dual diagnosis treatment and exploring grief/loss issues. My style to therapy comes from a Rogerian, CBT, and Humanistic approach and embracing the “entire self”. My passion in being a therapist is to see and embrace progress, meeting people where they are at, being present during “aha” moments, and serve altruistically. Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy participating in ministry work, being active in recreational sports, volunteering as a crisis counselor & hospice volunteer. Some of my past work experience has included: working in special education as a substitute teacher, in the public-school sector as a tutor/instructional assistant, and as an in-home behavior interventionist working with kids who have developmental disabilities.
