Hello, I'm Audie. I am passionate about providing compassionate, affirming, and individualized care to people from all walks of life. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, people of color, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My clinical experience includes providing individual, group, family, and couples therapy, allowing me to support clients through a wide range of life experiences and relationship dynamics. I take an integrative, evidence-based approach to treatment, tailoring therapy to each client's unique needs and goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where they feel safe, heard, and respected. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful care, and I strive to create a space where you can openly share your thoughts, experiences, and concerns without fear of judgement. During our first session, we'll take the time to get to know one another and discuss what has brought you to treatment. You'll have the opportunity to share your story, including current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for care. I will also ask questions to gain a better understanding of your emotional, mental, and overall well-being so we can develop a comprehensive picture of your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. I will hold space for you with empathy and without judgement, offering a calm and supportive presence when you need to be heard. At the same time, I will gently challenge you when appropriate, helping you recognize unhelpful patterns, build new perspectives, and move toward meaningful growth. Throughout your journey, I will be one of your biggest supporters- celebrating your successes, encouraging you through setbacks, and walking alongside you every step of the way.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I welcome adolescents, teens, and adults from all backgrounds and am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and affirming space where each individual feels heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. I believe healing looks different for everyone, and I tailor treatment to your individual needs, goals, and values. Together we will work collaboratively to build effective coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change that supports your overall well-being.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Often, the way we think about a situation influences how we feel and respond to it. Together, we'll identify unhelpful or negative thought patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress and work to replace them with more balanced, realistic, and helpful perspectives.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use DBT to help clients build practical skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and navigating life's challenges with greater confidence. DBT is especially helpful for individuals who experience overwhelming emotions, difficulty coping with stress, impulsive behaviors, or challenges in interpersonal relationships.

Motivational Interviewing

I use MI to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings about change in a supportive, collaborative, nonjudgemental way. I recognize that making changes can feel overwhelming, and it's common to experience uncertainty or mixed emotions. Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you to help you discover your own motivations, strengths, and values that can guide meaningful, lasting change.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

I use ERP therapy to help clients gradually face fears, intrusive thoughts, and anxiety-provoking situations while learning to respond in healthier, more adaptive ways. ERP is a highly effective, evidence-based treatment commonly used for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety-related disorders.
