I would love to accompany you on your healing journey, even if just for a little while. I approach counseling with an Internal Family Systems framework and can help you find a way to communicate and stay at peace within yourself and with others. I am a faith-based counselor. I received my BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts in 1999 and completed my MA in Counseling at Oral Roberts University in 2005. I have been a therapist for over 18 years. I am Interested in helping you through difficult situations and have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and high stress.
I provide a safe non-judgmental environment where you can explore your fears, your dreams your strengths, and your past experiences and find connections within that will help bring clarity to your current choices and assist you in making the changes in your life that you have been wanting to make.
I enjoy working with individuals of various ages, joining with them to process their thoughts and emotions, and create clear, achievable goals. Through Internal Family systems, I seek to help clients reach those goals and experience the satisfaction of their accomplishments.
I am IFS level 2 trained and use an IFS approach in my counseling practice to assist in finding healing and harmony within.
