My life’s work is focused on honoring life transitions for individuals and families. I can help people achieve their physical, mental and behavioral health goals. My approach to therapy consists of a willingness to travel into the pain as well as the healing and joy. Healing requires gentleness, loving care, and time.
My approach draws on my clinical training in psychology, years of hospice work, and my personal experience with loss.
Healing and growth can happen with expression and the sacred witnessing therapy provides.
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then assess the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. It is important for you to feel comfortable and safe I with who you choose as your clinician.
