LMFT, 13 years of experience
I have experience working with teens, in a school setting and new moms. I help those navigate anxiety, identity shifts, and the emotional challenges of motherhood. If you're feeling overwhelmed or lost in this transition, or just “stuck” in general , I offer a supportive space to help you reconnect with yourself and find balance again using tools and strategies that work best for you.
n our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other in a calm, supportive space. I’ll ask some questions about what brought you in, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we’ll go at your pace. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and safe as we begin to build trust and create a path forward together.
I meet clients exactly where they are—whether they’re feeling anxious, lost, or simply exhausted—and help them gently reconnect with themselves during a deeply vulnerable time. I bring both empathy and practical tools to guide each client toward healing and confidence in their new role.
My ideal client is a new or expectant mom, someone navigating anxiety, overwhelm, or identity shifts during life transitions, including motherhood. Someone looking for a supportive space to feel heard, manage stress, and reconnect with themselves.
As an LMFT, I bring an eclectic therapy style to our work together—meaning I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods and tailor each session to meet your unique needs, personality, and goals. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I integrate tools from approaches that fits you best. I view your story within the broader context of your relationships, culture, and lived experience. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and engaged—I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer practical strategies, and hold space for insight and emotional healing.
