Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. I have experience in child welfare, outpatient mental health, and more currently clinical social work within the medical field. I am a strong advocate for individuals struggling with gaining access to care and utilizing various resources to improve their lives.
Our first session will include introductions and goals of therapy before a discussion about current problems.

CBT is an excellent therapeutic treatment offering continuous benefits for a multitude of behavioral health needs. This treatment helps us develop an awareness of how we can address negative and unhelpful thoughts with more realistic, constructive ways of thinking about our circumstances.
Motivational Interviewing (MI) creates a space for us to understand a level of motivation for and a commitment to therapeutic interventions. MI utilizes the benefits of empowerment when we face challenging decisions related to change.
I love utilizing Narrative Therapy as it allows for the development of safe spaces to recall and express your story - your narrative related to historical and current experiences. You know your story best and experiencing challenging situations not define you. We can work together to better understand the importance of constructing your narrative and finding immense strengths and coping skills.
