Hello! My name is Marvin Buenaventura, and I am a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree from West Coast University, specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner. Additionally, I hold a Post-Master Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Wilkes University. With 10 years of hands-on experience, I am committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to my patients. My dual expertise in family and psychiatric mental health allows me to address a wide range of health concerns, ensuring holistic and personalized treatment for each individual.
In the first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where they feel comfortable sharing their concerns and goals. As a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I take a holistic approach to care, focusing on both physical and mental health. During the session, I will: 1. Conduct a thorough assessment of the client's medical history, current symptoms, and any previous treatments. 2. Discuss the client's goals and expectations for treatment. 3. Develop a personalized care plan that may include medication management, therapy, lifestyle changes, and other interventions. 4. Provide education about the client's condition and treatment options. 5. Answer any questions the client may have and address any concerns. My goal is to establish a strong therapeutic relationship and create a collaborative plan that empowers the client to take an active role in their health and well-being.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), some of the greatest strengths include: 1.
