Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2009 and Doctor of Behavioral Health based in California. I received my Doctorate from Arizona State University and my Masters from Norfolk State University. I have been practicing for 20 years. I specialize in adolescent girls ages 15+ and women’s issues to include but not limited to Depressive symptoms, Low self-esteem, and life transitions. My goal is to help all find their values, self-worth and decrease negative symptomatology that are impacting their daily functioning.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we’ll start with brief introductions, I will ask questions that help me understand you, then dive into the specific challenges you’re facing. This will allow us to create a plan specific for you so that we can work towards identified goals in our follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with adolescent girls and women for the past 20 years, I’ve developed a tried-and true-playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
