New to Grow
Hello, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and everyday stressors. I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and have a wealth of experience with multiple types of people. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and comfortable exploring what’s been weighing on you. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and help you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. You’ll have the opportunity to share your concerns, goals, and any questions you may have, while we begin identifying how I can best support you. My goal is to create a comfortable, collaborative space where you feel heard and understood as we start building a plan for your care.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am known for building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in empathy, authenticity, and acceptance. Clients often appreciate my ability to balance compassionate support with thoughtful feedback and practical strategies that help translate insight into real-life change.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal clients are adults who may feel stuck, stressed, or emotionally drained and are ready to better understand what they’re experiencing. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or major life changes, I work well with individuals who are open to self-reflection and interested in building healthier patterns and resilience.
Humanistic
I use humanistic techniques to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. By emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, I help clients explore their experiences, strengthen self-awareness, and reconnect with their inherent strengths and capacity for growth.
