Hi, I'm Rosemary. Welcome to Grow Therapy! I am a licensed practicing counselor and certified advanced addictions and drug counselor based in Pennsylvania. Taking the first step towards learning, growing and eventually healing can be scary and intimidating. Whether you are struggling with a recent life change/event, daily stress, depression, anxiety, symptoms of PTSD, or mood disorders, I am here to help. I have experience providing services to adults, children and adolescents. I will work with you on identifying patterns and thinking schemas. Together I hope that we can implement new ideas and healthier ways of being. I have previous experience in residential treatment facilities, partial hospitalization programs, private practice and working with individuals in the community who experience serious and chronic mental health diagnoses. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outside in nature, engaging in physical activity, listening to music and cooking. I am looking forward to connecting and working with you.
My goal for us is to create a safe and collaborative space where you feel comfortable and confident to share and discuss your thoughts, feelings, or concerns without judgment. I strive to provide a person-centered experience and to meet you with empathy and compassion no matter where you are in life.
I pull from several different treatment modalities to meet your specific needs. I have experience utilizing and implementing skills and techniques from cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, CT-R and narrative and trauma therapy. I tend to be solution-focused and goal-oriented.
My biggest strengths as a counselor include being able to provide genuine care and compassion.

Rosemary has been a wonderful therapist for me. She’s really gotten me through some of the toughest moments in my life. I’m very thankful for Grow Therapy and Rosemary. She’s been really helpful in finding ways to cope with life’s unfairness and unpredictable situations.
