Hi, I'm Rosemary. Welcome to Grow Therapy! I am a licensed practicing counselor and certified advanced addictions and drug counselor based in Pennsylvania. Taking the first step towards learning, growing and eventually healing can be scary and intimidating. Whether you are struggling with a recent life change/event, daily stress, depression, anxiety, symptoms of PTSD, or mood disorders, I am here to help. I have experience providing services to adults, children and adolescents. I will work with you on identifying patterns and thinking schemas. Together I hope that we can implement new ideas and healthier ways of being.

I have previous experience in residential treatment facilities, partial hospitalization programs, private practice and working with individuals in the community who experience serious and chronic mental health diagnoses. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outside in nature, engaging in physical activity, listening to music and cooking. I am looking forward to connecting and working with you.
