Hello! My name is Andrea and I would love the pleasure of helping you in your journey of healing. I hope to help you live more fully in the present by facing what is going on in life, externally and internally. I hope to be a person you can trust in helping you navigate different areas of life. I love that this work is so meaningful because I believe life is a gift that shouldn't have constant pain and sorrow. Rather, it is healthy to experience the hills and valleys of life, growing in every step of the way. My heart goes out to those who are struggling to live life well, to enjoy and to thrive.
In the first session, we will discuss consent for therapy, limits of confidentiality, get to know each other, and begin discussing your goals for therapy.
I am here for you. I am able to help you draw out your strengths and solutions so that you can find healing and change things that aren't working in life.
I hope that through the therapy process, you will be motivated to make changes in your life that are currently causing issues affecting your psychosocial and emotional wellbeing. I hope you will be your authentic and true self when sharing your life.
We will look at different patterns in your life to see what is problematic, explore the underlying beliefs about those patterns, and practice new patterns to help you reach your goals.
We will focus on what currently works in your day to day and draw from your strengths.
If faith is a part of your life, we will incorporate truths from faith and the Bible into our sessions to promote hope, peace, love, healing.
