Something feels out of balance. It's a relationship, your career, a life transition. You're struggling with parenting, getting a divorce, battling substance use. You have a great deal of anxiety, fear, unresolved grief or trauma. Whatever it is, I am here to offer a safe space and a listening ear. During our time together, I will allow you to be the expert of your life while you gain insights on how to reach your therapy goals. With years of experience working in mental health and substance abuse, I have an array of knowledge and approaches to help you meet your needs, while providing a judgment-free zone for you to work on your best self. Therapy can be intimidating, but if you're ready to take the next step to work toward the life you want to live, reach out to me for an evidence-based therapy experience. It would be my honor to support you while you heal and grow.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then discuss specific challenges you’re facing. This will help us create a plan tailored to your needs and goals for us to work through in follow-up sessions. The first session is important to get a feel for the therapeutic relationship and see if we will be a good fit moving forward to get your treatment needs met.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I am particularly experienced in areas of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengthening safe coping skills. I also have training in pain reprocessing therapy. I take a holistic approach for therapy that fuses my passions for empowering others and advocating their needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths as a therapist come from providing unconditional positive regard. I am confident in my abilities to meet clients where they are without judgment and provide supporting feedback and insight. Clients meeting with me can also expect to be met with a smile, a comforting presence, and a great sense of humor.
