I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, grief, and major life transitions. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered while building healthy coping skills, emotional resilience, and confidence in themselves and their ability to create meaningful change.
During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I’ll provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll talk about your current concerns, personal history, goals for therapy, and any challenges you may be facing. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling comfortable, supported, and hopeful about the therapeutic process and the work we can do together.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to build genuine, trusting connections with clients while creating a calm and supportive environment where they feel safe being themselves. I take a collaborative and individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that each person’s experiences and needs are unique. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and humanistic therapy techniques to help clients develop practical coping skills, improve emotional awareness, strengthen relationships, and work toward lasting personal growth and healing.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that may contribute to anxiety, depression, stress, or low self-esteem. My approach focuses on building practical coping skills and creating healthier ways of thinking and responding to life’s challenges.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I incorporate DBT techniques to help clients improve emotional regulation, distress tolerance, communication, and mindfulness skills. This approach is especially helpful for individuals struggling with intense emotions, relationship difficulties, or stress management.
Grief Therapy
I provide a compassionate and supportive space for clients processing grief, loss, and major life transitions. My approach helps individuals navigate difficult emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and move through healing at their own pace.
Humanistic
I take a humanistic approach by creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. I believe in helping individuals build self-awareness, strengthen personal growth, and work toward meaningful change aligned with their goals and values.
