What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

A brief introduction and complete psychosocial evaluation. In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into your specific challenges. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with various ages over the years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with all ages. My clients are eager to improve but don't have the tools to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about their careers—all ages (across the lifespan).
