Multicultural

I provide a safe space in my practice to discuss race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, income, and disability status. I am fluent in Spanish and English and can offer therapy in any of these languages.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilized CBT with adults facing various challenges. CBT is utilized to help identify and change thought patterns that may be affecting the person’s life negatively.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I have used DBT with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. I utilize DBT with individuals who have a difficult time regulating their emotions.

Trauma Informed Care

I have worked with individuals who have experiences complex trauma throughout their life. I provide a safe sharing space in my practice for individuals to share their trauma experiences and consider these during treatment.

Supportive

I bring a supportive attitude to my practice and ensure individuals feel listened to. I will meet individuals where they are at and support them with whatever changes they want to make in their lives.
