My personal belief is that anyone is capable of having the life that they want, the life that makes them happy. With the right support anything is possible. My approach is solution focused and I like to help individuals identify their strengths and then help them utilize their strengths to navigate the hardships of life. There is a silver lining in every aspect of our lives, we just have to be willing to look for it and sometimes that requires help. I am glad you are here! I understand that life can throw you curve balls, but with the right foundation and level of resilience anyone can have a come back no matter what their rock bottom is.
