Hi, I’m Victoria Elena Lane, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. I provide inclusive, affirming care for Queer, Trans, BIPOC, and Women’s rights communities. Specializing in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity-based stressors, I use a client-centered, solution-focused approach to support individuals at every stage of their mental health journey. Together, we’ll uncover clarity, foster balance, and empower growth in a safe, supportive space.
Our first session is all about getting to know you—your needs, your goals, and why you’ve sought therapy. I take a direct approach to assessing where you are in your journey and what you want to achieve. We will start by analyzing what brings you into therapy, and together, we will create a treatment plan that aligns with your vision for yourself.
I particularly help those navigating complex personal, societal, or identity-based stressors at various stages of growth and change. My client-centered, solution-focused approach allows me to meet you exactly where you are on your mental health journey—whether you’re just beginning to explore it or you’re ready for deeper work. Together, we’ll uncover clarity, find balance, and foster self-empowerment in a safe and supportive space.
As a dedicated advocate for BIPOC communities, LGBTQ+ identities, and women's rights, I am deeply committed to delivering therapeutic care that respects and values your individual experiences and identities. My goal is to foster a supportive and inclusive space where your voice is uplifted, your challenges are acknowledged, and your journey of growth is wholeheartedly embraced.
