I am a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner PMHNP-BC based in New Jersey. I received my Master's Degree from Walden University and have been practicing for 4 years but I have 30 years of experience in the medical field. I help all age groups with improving their mental health, with the ability to prescribe when needed. My specialty is medication management, but I have a broad knowledge base in mental health and holistic care.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and then discuss the challenges that you have been facing. Then we will create a plan to work through in follow-up sessions.
I have worked for over 30 years in healthcare with all populations and 4 years as a psychiatric/mental health practitioner. I have a broad base of knowledge to optimize your mental health.
My passion is to get individuals in their best mental health as we advance toward their goals.

Marlena is absolutely wonderful. She listens to me and doesn't belittle me. She takes all of my symptoms into account and I feel like we really work as a team to come up with solutions that best suit me!
