I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection—to self, others, and the body. I integrate EMDR, somatic practices, IFS, and psychodynamic therapy to support clients in building insight, emotional regulation, and lasting change. I offer a safe, supportive space where all parts of you are welcome.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your history, current challenges, and goals, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll start to build a foundation of trust and safety so you feel supported in the process ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to my work, helping clients feel seen, safe, and supported. My integrative approach weaves together EMDR, somatic practices, IFS, and psychodynamic therapy to address both the emotional and physiological roots of distress. Clients often share that they appreciate my ability to hold space for deep work while also offering practical tools for regulation, insight, and growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who are ready to explore their inner world and create meaningful change. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or relationship struggles and are seeking a safe, supportive space to heal. I especially enjoy working with those who are open to mind-body approaches, want to deepen self-awareness, and are committed to personal growth at their own pace.

My treatment methods

EMDR

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and integrate it into my work with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences. EMDR helps the brain process unhealed memories and reduce emotional reactivity in the present. In my practice, I guide clients through resourcing, identifying core memories, and processing them at a pace that feels safe and supportive. I often integrate EMDR with somatic and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients build regulation and deepen healing.

Somatic

I incorporate somatic therapy to support clients in reconnecting with their bodies as part of the healing process. My approach is trauma-informed and draws from body-based practices such as grounding, breathwork, and gentle movement to help clients regulate their nervous systems and increase self-awareness. I often combine somatic work with EMDR and parts work (IFS) to gently explore how emotions and experiences live in the body and to build a sense of safety from within.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore and understand the different “parts” of themselves—such as the inner critic, protector, or wounded child. This approach creates space for healing by fostering self-compassion and curiosity toward all parts of one’s internal system. In sessions, I guide clients in building a relationship with these parts, helping them shift from feeling overwhelmed to feeling more integrated, grounded, and in alignment with their true self.

Psychodynamic

My psychodynamic approach focuses on understanding how early experiences, attachment patterns, and unconscious dynamics shape present-day thoughts, emotions, and relationships. In therapy, I help clients explore these deeper layers with curiosity and compassion, making space for insight and lasting change. By bringing awareness to relational patterns and unresolved experiences, clients often develop a stronger sense of self and greater emotional freedom.
