Now more than ever, Millennials and GenZ individuals are feeling uncertain of how to feel fulfilled in life, and to find a sense of purpose. I would love to help you find those answers within. You are not alone in this! I have 10+ years working in the mental health field. I have worked at non profits with children and families, school systems with underserved teens, DCFS involved children, group practices with couples and individuals, and rehab facilities doing individual therapy. I would love to be apart of helping you identify and understand how you're feeling, make some adjustments, learn healthy coping, and bring some color back in your life. Lets explore issues, find hope, and make some meaningful changes. We can work together to tackle this wild thing called life together!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and then dive deeper into your specific challenges in struggles. Based on that information we will work together to create beneficial treatment plan to reach your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I bring a sense of empowerment and strength to my clients. I have received feedback highlighting this "I have gained the insight and confidence to make changes in my life because of your help and support." I also like to think I have a sense of humor, my clients and I tend to end up laughing at some point about something silly!

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy is focusing on mindset. How our thoughts impact how we feel, and how we behave. it's a technique to help challenge unhelpful and negative thoughts to feel more positive emotions. Which can lessen and decrease the frequency of your symptoms. I will work with you to learn more about CBT, how to apply it to your day today life, and gain confidence in taking control of your thoughts. I have seen many successful outcomes with clients utilizing this method.
