With over 16 years of experience, I specialize in providing mental health services and counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. With a focus on compassionate care, I offer a wide range of services to help you achieve mental well-being and wholeness.
My first session with a client will involve an intake in order to create a plan that caterers to their background and needs for effective mental health care.

I love working with varied population of people who are in need guidance. My clients willing and able to improve but don't always have the tools to make their improvements stick.
Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)
AEDP enables me to understand each of my client's issues by aiding them to process their painful memories in order to build new, healthy coping skills, restoring their ability to trust, and be more in tune with feeling their own emotions.
Child Parent Psychotherapy
I've use Child Parent Psychotherapy to repair the bond between parent and child that was fractured due to trauma by the following I strengthen the attachment between the child and parent. Over the course of the sessions I improve the overall mental health of the child and parent by providing both the child and parent with coping skills and increasing the sense of safety and security in the child-parent relationship
