I am licensed in Georgia and Florida of experience working as a social worker and therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, intensive/crisis therapy and substance abuse. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma or emotional abuse. I specialize in life transitions treating anxiety and depression.
First session
Our first session is rapport building and exploration of history of concerns.
Strengths
To improve your mood and self esteem, stress management (including work stress), adjustment issues, anger management, student mental health, emotion regulation, values clarification, worthiness, family issues, and issues related to individuals who have experienced being in foster care.
Ideal clients
Clients served are 25-50 average age range. Typically first generation or first in the family first generation who are experiences life transitions and feel stuck and prefer faith based perspective.
