Hi! I'm a board certified mental health psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) based in New Jersey. I received my Master's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in NJ, and my doctorate degree from Chatham University in Pennsylvania. I have been practicing for 3 years. I help clients across the life span to become best versions of themselves through assessment, medication management and psychotherapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will introduce ourselves, and build rapport, we will then review your psychiatric and medical history, and focus on the challenges experienced. Your goal and treatment options will be discussed. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am committed to identifying the root cause of your challenges and creating a tailored plan that will lead to measurable progress, utilizing evidence-based practice and providing exceptional client-centered care.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with clients from all spheres of life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious or depressed about life situations.

My treatment methods

Psychoeducation

Psychoeducation is a methodical approach to teaching client about a disease and how to manage it, and this enhance treatment efficacy. Client's commitment to treatment protocols has been demonstrated to improve with the help of psychotherapy, because when a client knows why the provider makes a recommendation and how it would benefit them, the client is more likely to follow through on it. Client can ask questions, and the provider can allay any concerns of the client.
