New to Grow
I work with adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families facing anxiety, relationship challenges, family stress, and major life transitions. I provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can feel heard, gain insight, and develop practical tools for growth. My goal is to help clients build confidence, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and create lasting positive change in their daily lives.
We will take time to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals for treatment. My priority is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and clear about the next steps moving forward.
I bring warmth, authenticity, and a calm, supportive presence that helps clients feel safe, understood, and comfortable being themselves. Using person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and relational approaches, I help clients gain insight, develop healthier coping skills, improve communication, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
My ideal clients are children, teens, adults, couples, and families who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them and are ready to create meaningful change. I work especially well with clients navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, family stress, life transitions, parenting concerns, and communication difficulties. I also enjoy supporting individuals who want to build confidence, improve emotional wellness, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier coping skills in a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I use a person-centered approach that focuses on creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I believe each person has the capacity for growth and positive change, and I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, confidence, and meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for them.
