Reza Hadavi
Hi there, I have been practicing as a mental health therapist for over 20 years. The foundation of my therapy style is build upon what is called "client centered" developed by Carl Rogers that relies on three core conditions: unconditional positive regard, empathetic understanding, and congruence (genuineness). Upon this foundation I use other modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy and other modalities based on the issues at hand in individual cases.
