Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) based in Maryland. I received my Masters from the University and Buffalo and have been practicing for over 13 years. I specialize in adults, those who are struggling with grief, life’s transitions, and who have endured trauma. I like to encourage clients to dare to hope and to not give up on themselves.
In our first session together, I will be interested in the client sharing more of their story and expectation for treatment. Then I would like to transition to the challenges and stuck points that the individual may be facing in order to develop a comprehensive treatment plan. This will allow the client and I to collaborate/establish goals and objectives that will allow us move with intention through our follow up sessions.
My ability to build rapport, connect with and engage the client in treatment. I also like to meet the client where they are to ensure that client can get the most out of our session.
I love working with professionals, women, men, veterans, adults, and the older adult populations. I also like working with clients who desire more out of their lives, and are eager to learn the tools to make their goals and objectives become reality.
