First and foremost, I ensure a strong therapeutic alliance by establishing trust and rapport with my clients. I make them feel comfortable and safe, emphasizing the importance of our collaborative effort in their healing process. We explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors along with trying to understand the basis of perceived struggles.

This was my first session with Jayson and it exceeded any expectation I had for how to approach addiction recovery. We immediately related to each other making me completely comfortable sharing my life to this point. I pray Jayson can be my long term therapist to help me get through this most challenging chapter of my life

Jayson is personable and listens with open ears to resolve the root cause of issues presented. Not only is he willing to hear someone out but to also give a voice to those who feel silenced. He offers multiple solutions based upon what the patient feels most comfortable with. I couldn't ask for anything more.
