Since a young age, I felt called to walk with people on their healing journeys. I have worked with victims/survivors of domestic and sexual violence as well as those living with serious mental illness and have been a meditation and nontraditional healing student for over 30 years. I believe in each person's innate wisdom, and I am also profoundly inspired by the grace and healing available that can be supported through a therapeutic process.
I begin to develop the collaborative relationship that will help us to create a space for exploration and growth. Time is spent identifying current needs and looking at what brings you to the therapy space at this time.
I am curious, intuitive, compassionate, and insightful. I have worked with a wide range of issues with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences.
I love working with people who are interested in deepening self-awareness and breaking free from limiting patterns and beliefs from the past that keep them stuck.
