Hi! I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Northern California (Socal transplant) with 17 years of experience working with individuals, families and couples. I partner with my clients to increase their awareness and understanding of their challenges to help them feel empowered to make necessary changes to improve their quality of life. I believe that every client is the expert of their own life and I have the privilege of being a part of it to assist in supporting them in improving their well-being.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will make space for introductions and getting to know you and your current struggles. Together, we will create goals that feel relevant to improving your quality of life. I will answer any and all questions or concerns you may have about the therapeutic process.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I firmly believe that working with my clients to improve their lives and relationships is a privilege that I am fortunate to be a part of. I am a strong advocate for my clients and have my own goal to help every client to see the best in themselves, to feel confident, capable and empowered.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with clients that are experiencing stress from life transitions that are looking for support in navigating them. My clients sometimes feel stuck, overwhelmed or anxious but together, we can start to create manageable goals and make meaningful progress towards them.
