Do you know what you want from life but do not know how to get there? Each of us can experience hard times, but only a few know how to turn them into a starting point for a new life full of happiness. I have made it my mission to bring energy and boldness to people just like you by providing them with the wellness tools to help them navigate and regain balance and control of their lives so that they can truly love and embrace it.
In our first session, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into specific challenges you are facing and what you would like to gain from therapy. We will then work on creating and individualized treatment plan to work towards those goals.
I specialize in different counseling styles such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Multicultural Awareness, Positive Psychology, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
Over the years I have helped my high-performing clients work through depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, discovering coping skills that work best for them, stress management, organization skills, self-esteem, self-love, career exploration, and mindfulness.

The best therapist. She listens. She guides. She helps me get to a solution without telling me what the solution is. She allows me to get through it myself. She asked me the right questions. She’s helped me grow as a person. She’s helped me have tools to be better. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
