(she/her)
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic mental health care. My approach integrates comprehensive psychiatric evaluations with personalized medication management, always considering the whole person—mind, body, and environment. I work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment plans that align with their goals, values, and lived experiences. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, or complex life transitions, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can flourish. **Please note that stimulants and other controlled prescriptions may not be filled the first visit, it will be at the provider's discretion to refill these medications at the time. The provider follows established guidelines for prescribing stimulants and benzodiazepines, ensuring that safety and effectiveness are prioritized. **
Your first session is a thoughtful, structured conversation designed to help us understand your mental health needs and goals. We’ll begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, exploring your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and any previous treatment experiences. I’ll ask questions to get a full picture—not just of what’s going wrong, but what’s important to you, what’s been working, and where you’d like to see change. This is a collaborative process, and you’re encouraged to share openly at your own pace. By the end of the session, we’ll discuss initial impressions, treatment options—including medication if appropriate—and next steps tailored to your comfort and preferences. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered from the very beginning.
My greatest strengths lie in blending clinical precision with genuine compassion. I take a holistic, person-centered approach—looking beyond symptoms to understand the full context of each client’s life. I’m especially skilled at conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations, identifying nuanced diagnostic patterns, and tailoring medication management with care and transparency. Clients often share that they feel deeply heard and respected in our sessions, and that my ability to explain complex mental health concepts in relatable terms helps them feel more confident and informed. I prioritize collaboration, informed consent, and measurable progress, ensuring that each treatment plan evolves with your needs. Whether you're seeking clarity, stability, or transformation, I bring both expertise and empathy to help you move forward.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD—especially those seeking clarity, stability, and a deeper understanding of their mental health. My ideal clients are often high-functioning but overwhelmed, struggling with emotional regulation, focus, or mood shifts that disrupt daily life. Many are motivated to feel better but unsure where to start, seeking both insight and practical tools. Whether you're newly exploring psychiatric care or refining an existing treatment plan, I offer a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where we can align care with your goals—be it emotional balance, improved concentration, or reclaiming a sense of self.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I focus on helping individuals recognize and alter negative thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be contributing to their struggles. Through structured sessions, we will work together to identify cognitive distortions, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop healthier, more adaptive thinking patterns. This process can help reduce emotional distress, improve mental health, and lead to lasting behavior change.

The provider was friendly, but kept insisting on medication. I felt like the conversation was going around in circles; it was uncomfortable, and no real connection or therapy was given. Despite telling her multiple times that I didn’t want to take medication, the focus remained solely on prescribing something for my anxiety, depression, and even sleep, which I don't have much of a problem with.
