Brittany Jenkins is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Brittany has an eclectic approach to counseling and building rapport with her clients. I enjoy working with various clientele, including children, teens, and adults. My goal is to help everyone discover their authentic self while taking the courage to explore their TRUE identity.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I draw on multiple theoretical frameworks: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I also take an integrative approach within the family system.

Brittany has nine years of experience working in crisis intervention and with clients battling: schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, anxiety, substance use/and abuse, bipolar disorder, identity issues, grief, and adjustment disorder.
