Welcome—I'm glad you're here. If you're reading this, you're likely looking for relief, clarity, or change—but unsure where to begin. You're not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Maybe you're constantly overthinking, running on empty, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t quite explain. You might be carrying anxiety, past trauma, or pressure to have it all figured out. If you're tired of doing it alone, therapy can help—and I'd be honored to walk with you. I’m a licensed professional counselor in PA and NJ with over 20 years of experience supporting young adults through life’s messy, overwhelming, and uncertain seasons. My style is warm, honest, and collaborative. I show up as a real person in the room—compassionate, engaged, and committed to your growth. In our work together, we’ll get curious about what’s keeping you stuck. We’ll explore your story, build new tools, and reconnect you with your own resilience. I use a mix of psychodynamic insight, cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care—all tailored to you. You don’t need to be “perfect” to begin. You just need a safe space and a little willingness to explore what’s possible. If you’re ready to stop surviving and start living more fully, I’d love to help you get there.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel nervous or unsure. In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported—without any pressure to have it all figured out. We’ll begin by getting to know each other. I’ll ask some questions about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and any relevant history that feels important to share. You’re welcome to go at your own pace—there’s no “right” way to start, and you only need to share what feels manageable. This first session is also a space for you to get a sense of me and how I work. You can ask questions, share concerns, or just talk about what’s been on your mind. Together, we’ll start to identify what’s been getting in the way and begin to outline some goals or areas you’d like to focus on. Most importantly, the first session is about creating a foundation for a strong, collaborative relationship—one where you feel safe, respected, and supported as you move toward change and healing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, and compassionate. With over 20 years of experience, I help adults and young adults navigate anxiety, trauma, and life transitions with compassion and clarity. My approach is collaborative and tailored, blending CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic insight to foster healing, growth, and lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work especially well with adults and young adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck—whether in their relationships, their careers, or within themselves. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, high expectations, or a constant sense of pressure that makes it hard to slow down or feel grounded. I’m particularly attuned to those carrying the weight of past trauma or chronic anxiety—people who may appear “fine” on the outside but feel disconnected or exhausted inside. You may be someone who overthinks, struggles with boundaries, or finds it hard to trust your own needs and emotions. If you’ve reached a point where something needs to shift—but you’re not sure what or how—I’m here to help you figure that out, step by step. My clients often value depth and insight, but also want tools that are practical and empowering. Whether you’re exploring your identity, healing from old wounds, or simply trying to find steadier ground, I offer a space that balances reflection with action, self-awareness with self-compassion. If you’re ready for something to change—even if you don’t know exactly what—I’ll meet you where you are and help you find your way forward.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to help clients understand how their early relationships may shape how they connect with others today. Together, we explore these patterns with compassion, creating a space for healing, trust, and meaningful change.

Trauma Informed Care

I use a trauma-informed approach that centers safety, trust, and compassion. I work collaboratively with clients to understand how past experiences may impact the present, always honoring their pace and resilience.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that may contribute to emotional distress and behavioral challenges. By working collaboratively, we develop practical strategies to reframe these thoughts, build coping skills, and create positive changes in both thinking and behavior. This approach is goal-oriented, structured, and designed to help clients gain lasting relief from issues like anxiety, depression, and stress.
