I believe the foundation of counseling starts with a strong therapeutic rapport. I work to create a non-judgmental, safe space where clients can explore, problem solve, ask questions, and learn about themselves while building confidence and resiliency to achieve emotional stability.

I love working with teens to young adults . My ideal clients are motivated and eager to improve yet are lacking the tools to make their goals a reality.
