Destinee Hone
Hi my name is Destinee Hone and I am an LMFT. I have more than ten year's experience working with adolescents and young adults. I believe that this is a special time of life for them and it is imperative that to get an early intervention and learn coping skills to help them along their journey. I am here to support you on your path. I have experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and provide gender affirming care. I am trained in EMDR and can support you as you work through large and small traumas.
First session
the first session is spent taking a history and getting to know what brings you to treatment and what your treatment goals are.

I have been practicing for ten years and am able to pull from many theoretical orientations in pursuit of supporting you and your goals for treatment.
Ideal clients
I would like to work with teenagers and LGBTQ+ individuals. I have over ten plus years experience working with the adolescent population. I have treated a variety of disorders and am trained in EMDR. I provided gender and sexual identity affirming care. I enjoy imparting coping skills to this age range and feel this is a critical time for early intervention.
