My name is Te'Andra and the owner of "Authentically Free". I enjoy helping women from all walks of life build up their self-worth so that they can love themselves, overcome any major life transition, and learn how to manage their emotions and stress. Also, my passion is seeing individuals and couples establish and restore healthy relationships, and helping people live their lives to the fullest. Famous words I live by are “ Stay true to you because there is only one YOU!” I very much like a positive and holistic approach to therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life and it starts with improving self-esteem and good self-care. I like a person-centered approach meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed and things should always be comfortable for you during therapy. My clients typically tell me how much better they feel after one session. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a collaboration based on trust and going at your pace as you are comfortable. To help empower your sense of confidence and emotional regulation throughout therapy is my hope with our time together.
