My treatment methods

Trauma Informed Care

Trauma can be a overwhelming experience for individuals. Being able to talk with someone who has an understanding of how trauma impacts the mind and body can assist in the healing those wounds. Being validated and education on why we react in certain ways, struggle with relationships and disconnected from your own body. Trauma informed care allows me to better understand your situation and assist you in strengthening your skills to manage your symptoms.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Person centered allows the client to have control over their life, while I assist helping the client finding solutions to their own problem. I strive to treat individuals with respect and dignity, empowering them to make choices and take responsibility for their decisions.
