I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California with 15 years of experience in the mental health field, including 8 years as a clinical therapist. I support individuals facing challenges such as addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, self-esteem issues, and other personal struggles. I am here to help you grow, heal, and thrive into the best version of yourself.
During our first session, I’ll provide a safe and supportive space for you to share your story. From there, we’ll explore the specific challenges you’re facing. Together we will create a personalized plan to support your goals.
My greatest strengths as a mental health professional lie in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. Together, we’ll work to uncover the root causes of unhealthy behaviors—whether related to addiction, mood dysregulation, depression, anxiety, or a negative self-narrative that may be holding you back. Through strong communication skills, empathy, emotional intelligence, and keen attention to detail, I’m able to build meaningful connections and provide effective, personalized care. I offer a supportive environment to help you process both current and past experiences that may have felt overwhelming to face alone. My goal is to help you develop healthy coping strategies, increase your sense of well-being, and navigate life with greater balance, clarity, and empowerment.
I truly enjoy working with clients who are motivated to improve their quality of life, even if they’re not quite sure how to get there yet—that’s exactly what I’m here for. It’s a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they navigate life transitions, self-esteem challenges, depression, anxiety by offering compassion, guidance, and unwavering support. Helping people overcome these obstacles and begin to thrive is an incredible honor—one I never take lightly. Being invited into someone’s life in this way is something I deeply value and respect.
I help clients explore unconscious patterns rooted in early life experiences and relationships. This is accomplished through open-ended dialogue, where we work together to uncover underlying conflicts and increase self-awareness.
I work with clients to identify and challenge negative thought patterns and beliefs. You will learn practical coping skills and techniques to change unhelpful behaviors and improve emotional regulation.
In these sessions we will focuses on your strengths and what is already working well in their life. Sessions are goal-oriented, helping you envision a preferred future and take small, manageable steps toward that vision.
I foster a space where you can feel physically and emotionally safe to process and work through your trauma (s). Interventions are paced to avoid re-traumatization and are tailored to support your sense of control and trust.
I will help you explore how early attachment experiences shape current relationships and emotional responses. The goal is to develop healthier interpersonal patterns and a stronger sense of security in relationships.
