About me

We will work together to help you feel better when you are struggling and need medication and therapy. My mission is eliminating your problematic symptoms. Let me help with PTSD, grief, anxiety, ADHD, depression, the co-morbid psychiatric symptoms of chronic illness and autoimmune conditions. Let's work to ease the psychiatric symptoms that can emerge for women during times of hormonal changes. We can find solutions for the neuropsychiatric symptoms of POTS and other autonomic nervous system dysfunction/dysautonomia. I have plenty of videos on social media; take a look and see if any speak to you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Everyone is different and I tailor my methods to each individual. Clients can expect to be listened to in a non-judgmental manner. I prefer to listen rather than to talk, asking questions when I need clarification about you or the issue you are discussing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Flexibility, empathy, and compassionate honesty are my super powers. Empowering the people I work with is my greatest strength as a provider. Easing your symptoms is my mission. Find me on social media and my website - Pots NP T I am happy to work with you for medication management or therapy, I enjoy working on both with a client.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I invite you to reach out to see if I can help you navigate the complicated, serious issues you are struggling with. I strongly, STRONGLY, encourage all new clients to check Grow's insurance estimator tool before booking if you have ANY concerns about cost. I do not want financial worries to detract from your experience. https://growtherapy.com/cost-estimate

My treatment methods

Supportive

I use this method with everyone in my practice unless they specifically want medication management only.

Eclectic

This is the most likely approach I will use. When a technique works for you, we keep it. When it doesn't, we let it go.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I would prefer that everyone use this approach. However, it can be especially beneficial for patients with chronic illness.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I generally focus on supportive and cognitive behavioral therapy for brief, medication management sessions.

Motivational Interviewing

I generally focus on this therapy for clients struggling with making changes and/or substance abuse or weight management issues.

Christene is super smart, invested, and holistic in her approach. I really like her demeanor...she instills so much confidence about her ability to help me, and, the ability to help my self. I wish there were more behavioral healthcare pros like her!
