I am a dedicated LMSW-Clinical with 18 years of experience specializing in grief counseling and caregiver stress. After earning a degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work, I have passionately committed myself to supporting individuals and families navigating the emotional challenges associated with loss and the demands of caregiving. Hi, I’m Maria a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor with twenty years of experience, including more than fourteen years supporting military service members, veterans, and their families. I specialize in working with high-achieving adults who look put-together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck under the surface. Many of my clients are used to carrying everything alone, pushing through stress, and holding themselves to impossible standards. In our work together, we slow things down, make sense of the patterns that keep you tense or on edge, and build tools that actually fit your life. My goal is to help you move from survival mode into a steadier, more grounded way of living where you feel clear, capable, and supported, not stretched thin.

Hello,
My name is Jennifer Bardon, a LCSW certified professional in the state of Michigan. Social work and behavioral therapy are my passions because helping others is truly what motivates and rewards me the most. Since receiving a BSW (Bachelors, Social Work) and MSW (Masters, Social Work) from Wayne State University, Detroit, nearly six years ago, I have been developing and practicing methods to better understand the human condition and how to modify it to help others through personal conflicts and struggles from insecurities, anxiety, depression, self esteem and so much more. Incorporating mindfulness techniques to assist clients with centering themselves, and focusing on the present, as well as challenging negative thoughts, is one of my many strengths.
I have experience with working with children, teens and adults with developmental disabilities. As a clinician that practices Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) certified professional, you can be confident I have the skill-set necessary to work with a diverse array of clients.
My focus is "You" the individual, and I encourage all my clients to help assist in utilizing and engaging in the recommended treatments thus giving them needed satisfaction in their own successes.
Note: Evenings and weekends are open for clients who have a busy work week or find those times most convenient. I do offer some flexibility if appointments are requested outside of my usual available times.
"As a highly experienced Licensed Professional Counselor with 27 years in the mental health field, I aim to empower individuals to find inner strength and confidence and to believe in themselves again. I work with clients through a solution-focused and CBT approach to identify and develop the skills needed to resolve their unique challenges and situations. I help clients to embrace their truth and live in the present, encouraging them to take responsibility for their actions while also reminding them that it is ok not to be perfect.
I have a breadth of experience working with youth and adults struggling with various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief. In addition, I have specialized expertise in working with caregivers, primarily women, to help them overcome guilt, isolation, and overwhelming stress.
My ultimate goal is to provide clients with the tools and resources to change their circumstances and improve their mental health well-being. " I believe everyone has the ability to overcome life's challenges and deserve to live a happy and healthy life."
I’m a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping high-functioning individuals navigate trauma, relationship challenges, overthinking, and the stressors of everyday life. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a holistic, spiritually-informed perspective (not tied to any religion), creating space for both practical tools and deeper personal insight. I aim to support clients in finding clarity, balance, and lasting healing.
I'm Cathleen a licensed social worker in the state of Michigan. I have been a MSW for over 30 years and practicing therapy for over 10 years. As a therapist I aim to create a safe, judgment free space for self-exploration, discovery, and healing. This is best realized when a client and therapist
can work collaboratively. Each of us is a work in progress learning to navigate an ever-changing and complex world. Every stage in our life offers obstacles and hurdles; it is how we respond to them that determines the outcome. In the brilliant words of Ram Dass “We’re all just
walking each other home.” It would be my honor and privilege to walk with you on your journey.
On a personal note; I love thrifting, cooking vegan food and spending time with my senior rescue dog Gypsy.
I will provide you a safe space within an authentic relationship to work through challenges. I've been trained in multiple therapy modalities, bringing to our work an eclectic and flexible approach. I can help you build insight and incorporate an understanding of your past into skills that will help you thrive and become your best self today.
I previously completed a fellowship in Michigan Medicine's Department of Psychiatry where I specialized in anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and depression. I was rigorously trained in CBT, including exposure therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT, and interpersonal psychotherapy. I also have experience developing and facilitating therapy groups. I have a lot of training and can take a flexible approach to find what works best for you!
Hi I'm Gaby. If you have been feeling sick and stuck in a negative thought process and wondering if there is anyone who can understand or help you, let's talk. I am here to help you experience change and escape from the pattern of life that has left you feeling different, unwell, and stuck.
I am first and foremost a Trauma Informed Recovery Therapist. This means that I believe in you and I believe in your goals and I know we can find a way to get there while acknowledging all that you have been through. I realized I wanted to become a therapist during a serendipitous summer camp experience—40 feet in the air on the high ropes course, I learned that I loved helping people process challenging experiences in creative ways. I love using a lot of different approaches depending on what we are working on. Some of my favorite methods are cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, strength based therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
I have been doing individual therapy with teens and adults of all ages since 2020. Previously, I worked as a clinical consultant, clinical director, and clinical supervisor in specialized mental health rehabilitation settings. I have been supporting people in creating and meeting their goals since 2012. I have used all of my past work experiences to learn how to work with clients to explore dreams, and strengths, and learn how to make these things their reality. I use eclectic strategies to support people as they sort through their lives and figure out ways to move forward in a new light.
I believe that therapy is a special space that allows a person to sit, process, and problem-solve in a way that can’t always be done in day-to-day.
With a Master’s in Counseling from Oakland University, I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life stressors and relationship struggles. I have been guiding people through life's challenges for the last 16 years. I am a parent myself and understand the stress of balancing work and families which gives me the perspective to help others.

In my practice, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental, caring space where you can feel safe to explore your feelings, understand your challenges, and develop the tools you need to thrive.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step towards seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
Feel free to schedule an appointment. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hello,
My name is Kimberly. I am a heart-centered therapist who is dedicated to helping my clients to find balance and purpose in their lives. When we open ourselves to the question of "What would love have me do for myself and others?" we begin healing our hearts. When we heal our hearts, we clear out the darkness caused by trauma, limited beliefs, circumstances of birth and the stressors of post-modern living. If given the opportunity, I'd like to be a guide on your journey.
As a teaching counselor, I've worked in a variety of settings ranging from community mental health, residential settings, agencies, schools, refugee camps and private practice. I have 12 years of experience counseling teens and adults who are struggling with trauma, OCD, depression, anxiety, codependency, women’s issues, domestic violence, and more. I am also fluent in Spanish.
I utilize EMDR, ERP, DBT, Mindfulness, CBT, IFS and holistic practices to create a unique healing experience for you. If you feel drawn to who I am and what I do, please reach out and contact me.
I have seen people in almost all professional and community arenas (even jails). My work has been a mix of public and private sector involvement, including 11 years of community mental health service and over 30 years of individual practice. I have extensive experience in both home- and office-based psychotherapy, program development, clinical supervision, and clinical innovation. Special populations have included people with developmental disabilities, children and adolescents at risk for out-of-home placements, people with substance abuse issues, and geriatric populations; all have experienced various forms of grief, loss, and trauma while navigating the simple task of living and surviving. If you modify the title of Johnny Cash's song I've Been Everywhere to I've Done Everything (except prison work), that pretty much sums up my years of professional experience.
As a therapist, my goal is to help you reach your goals. I offer therapeutic services by becoming a safe space to provide non judgmental guidance and support. My approach to counseling reflects your needs as you are the center of the therapeutic relationship. Life can be challenging, but you don't have to go through life's journey on your own.
I have several years of experience working with adolescents, adults and couples in various settings. Allow me to assist you in navigating stressors, parenting, depression, anxiety, change, addiction, PTSD, trauma, esteem, behaviors, loss or trauma to enhance your well being, improve coping and problem solving.
I would love to support you in meeting your needs.
I have over 20 years of experience in listening carefully to clients and understanding their unique perspectives and creating a safe and supportive space for them to express themselves. I create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and encourage feedback from clients as to what will help them feel most at ease and build trust in me and in the process of therapy.
As a compassionate and experienced clinician, I specialize in helping people navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, chronic pain and grief. My therapy techniques are grounded in the latest neuroscience and nervous system regulation. My approach integrates Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you unlearn pain and reconnect with yourself and others in a safe and more empowering way.
I am licensed in Michigan as a social worker with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, OCD & bipolar disorder. I also have experience working with depression and anxiety. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I’m a therapist who specializes in helping people navigate overwhelming emotions, difficult relationships, and life transitions. I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in building practical skills for mindfulness, coping with stress, regulating emotions, and improving communication. My approach is collaborative and compassionate—I believe therapy works best when it feels like a safe space to explore challenges while also learning concrete tools for lasting change.
I have been a social worker in the area of education and in clinical therapy for over 30 years. I have years of experience working with individuals with learning handicaps, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, and codependency. I also provide Christian counseling and teen counseling. I am trustworthy and not judgmental. My main therapeutic style is solution focused. If you are looking for a reliable and conscientious therapist, then look no further! I look forward to working with you.
Hello and welcome! I'm glad you're taking this step to seek out support for yourself. A little about me: I have over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field and am committed to supporting my clients as they work to make meaningful change. I have experience working with clients of all ages, from young children to older adults. My areas of specialty include anxiety, grief, supporting clients through periods of transition such as middle-age and retirement, as well as assisting professionals who are struggling with feelings of exhaustion and burn-out. I also work with clients who are dealing with serious health issues. I tend to use an eclectic approach in my practice, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also augment these traditional modalities with the use of somatic therapies, such as yoga and mindfulness practices, to achieve a more holistic approach to wellness.
I’m Becks, a Licensed Professional Counselor & NASM Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in behavior change & nutrition coaching. You might also call me a guiding light toward overall wellness or a catalyst for growth & healing.
My great passion as a Health & Wellness Professional is to help you build a healthier relationship with food & your body, cultivate emotional agility to freely express yourself, & be able to communicate your needs/wants to others more effectively. While I’d love to help you improve your mental health through movement & balanced nutrition, I also understand that everyone’s starting point in therapy can look very different. It would be my pleasure in meeting you where you are in your journey to help build your toolbox of skills so that you can lead the life you deserve to live.
I believe Irvin Yalom said it best when he said we need to form a unique therapy for every person. We are all unique, our relationships and experiences are unique, and in therapy we need to find your own path forward in life. We can find that as a conversation between two experts, you being the expert in your own life, and me being an expert in this field. Together, we can work to help you find what you are looking for in therapy. Whether it is a skill and action motivated plan, or a space to emotionally process things regularly, or anything in between.
I have worked in the mental health field since I was 17. Over the years I have grown assisting my clients in many stages of emotional issues, through the use of CBT, Mindfulness, and teaching useful coping skills. I treat ages from 13 to 99.
During sessions we will address current issues, along with looking into how the past has affected current functioning.
I believe in therapy as someone who has done my own clinical work since I was in my mid-twenties. I grew up in NJ and moved to Michigan to attend college and have been here since that time. I spent the first part of my career working in the foster care system with children and adolescents which I really enjoyed. That gave me a great foundation for working with the adult issues of attachment, child developmental stages that were not accomplished and struggles with current relationships.
I do a lot of work with people who were raised by narcissistic parents, people who are dealing with cancer diagnosis and those with chronic or life threatening illnesses. I work with people who are addressing childhood trauma, sexual abuse or emotional abuse. I have worked with adoptees who are seeking understanding of themselves and their past. I do a lot of work with individuals transitioning from a divorce situation and all the adjustments that this involves especially in coparenting situations. I find people and their life experiences fascinating and always worth unpacking and investigating to gain a better understanding of the self as a whole being; there is always something new to learn.
I am a mental health counselor with over 11 years experience in helping clients work toward their vision of a happy and meaningful life. I have spent most of my career working in community mental health, where I currently work full-time as a behavioral health director. I am continuing to provide counseling services with Grow as working with people in counseling is my passion and I look forward to finding out what goals you hope to accomplish!

My name is Cheryl Mansell, LCSW, and I am honored to serve both adults and children in their journey toward healing and growth. In my practice, I provide a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and discover new ways of coping. Whether I am helping a child express themselves through play, guiding an adult through processing trauma, or teaching practical tools for managing stress and emotions, my goal is always the same—to empower individuals to feel understood, develop confidence, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Hi, my name is Stephanie. I am a licensed professional counselor with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I enjoy working with a variety of clients and use a variety of treatment modalities. I believe helping people is my purpose and I am passionate about doing so. I love to learn all sorts of different things culture, art, music, history ect. Life is meant to live and that is what I enjoy helping people do. It is important to me to make sure my clients know their voice matters.
My name is Anthony and I have worked in the behavioral health field for 28 years. I am very active in the behavioral health field even being acknowledged as a Notable Leader in Behavioral Health in 2023 through Crain's Detroit. While a large portion of my work is spent training and managing a team of behavioral health professionals it is incredibly important to me to continue creating space to partner and directly serve people. This is where you come in, providing counseling is generally the best part of my work. It grounds me with why I am a work in behavioral health, it allows me to practice the skills I have learned over the decades and it creates energy and life satisfaction. You have many options of who to choose as a therapist, know that if you choose me I will be excited to see you and to partner with you. Seeing clients is literally not my job, I genuinely want to be your counselor and I look forward to seeing you.
I could list my degrees (MSW from USC), my credentials (LCSW, CFTP) and my experience (10 years of individual and couples therapy). Most of all I am a mom, a sister, a grandmom and a retired veteran. I understand life from many intersections. I know the stigma of seeing a mental health professional, but I also know that most of people that are in therapy seek treatment because they have to deal with people that refuse to seek treatment for themselves. I create a safe space to process what you have experienced, what you want to change, and what are your barriers to success.
In my counseling practice, I embrace an eclectic approach, drawing flexibly from a range of evidence-based therapies to best serve each unique individual. No two people are alike, so I integrate elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused therapy—tailoring the process to align with my clients’ specific needs, strengths, and goals.
My style is gently directive: I offer clear guidance and structure while inviting clients to explore and uncover the profound wisdom, resilience, and worth—the true “gold”—that resides within their own hearts. Often, this inner treasure lies buried beneath the wounds and pain carried from childhood. Together, we engage in the courageous, transformative work of healing those early hurts, fostering a deeper sense of wholeness so clients can live and relate from a full, healthy, and integrated heart.

Hey there, I'm really glad you're here. Let me tell you a bit about why therapy is so meaningful to me. I began my own journey into therapy when I was younger, facing similar struggles to what you might be experiencing now. It wasn't easy, but therapy became my light during those tough times. It showed me that even in the midst of darkness, there's hope and room for joy. Now, I'm here to offer you that same support and guidance. If you're ready to take that step, I'm here to walk alongside you, helping you find the tools you need to feel better.
I work with high-functioning adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, emotional pain, or self-sabotage—even after years of traditional talk therapy. My approach integrates trauma-informed, somatic, and nervous system-based practices with subconscious reprogramming. Together, we’ll gently uncover and shift the deeper beliefs and survival patterns held in your body, creating healing that is not only insightful, but embodied and lasting.
Hello and welcome. I am an LCSW who has 28 years of experience providing therapy to a wide array of clients. I enjoy meeting clients where they are at and helping them to discuss their issues, look at obstacles to making changes, make expectations that are more realistic, and helping them to learn new skills to decrease the negative effects on their life.
Admitting you might need a little help getting a handle on your life or the fallout from your past is difficult. Each person interprets the world based on life experiences that are uniquely their own. These interpretations can blind us from opportunities, alternatives, or pitfalls that may be right in front of us. My goal is to assist clients in building a personal road map to navigate life and guide decision-making to gain an acceptable level of control in their life. I have extensive experience with law enforcement, military and ems.
Welcome! I'm Jerrica Fuller, a licensed counselor.
Congratulations! You have taken the first step to bettering your mental health and creating a more fulfilling life.
My goal is to create a safe space that allows clients to explore concerns related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, substance use and other issues that hinder ones quality of life. Together we can work side by side to develop a plan to overcome the obstacles and barriers holding you back.
Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share
