Hello, I’m Naomi, and I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed mental health clinician providing therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck. You may be managing a lot on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside, trying to keep everything together while feeling unsure of what to do next. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. My goal is to create an environment where you can be yourself without feeling pressured to have everything figured out. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and individualized. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and expressive techniques when helpful. I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. Instead, we’ll work together to find approaches and strategies that fit your needs, personality, and everyday life.

I am a person-centered clinician who draws from a range of therapeutic approaches to support each individual’s unique needs. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to the person in front of me. My focus is on helping clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, improve daily functioning, and move toward goals that are meaningful in their lives. My clinical approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and deep respect for each person’s story. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. I view the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change and work alongside clients at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable. With nearly three decades of independent licensure, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work. I have a special interest in women’s physical and emotional health and have supported clients across the lifespan through a wide range of life transitions, stressors, and mental health concerns. My experience includes individual and family therapy, allowing me to address challenges at both the personal and relational level. I currently provide individual therapy with a flexible, personalized approach that meets clients where they are. I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities to support emotional regulation, insight, and practical coping strategies, adapting treatment to fit the individual rather than a single framework. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and I recognize the courage it takes to begin. My goal is to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible. I offer a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, goals, and challenges at their own pace. I welcome you to reach out so we can discuss how I can support you in finding greater clarity, balance, and well-being in your daily life.

You may know exactly what you want to change, but still find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or repeating the same patterns despite your best efforts. I often help with anxiety, depression, grief, emotional intensity, low self-worth, and relationship stress, especially when someone knows what they want to do but struggles to follow through. My style is direct, supportive, and down-to-earth, and I use CBT, DBT, REBT, and motivational interviewing to make therapy feel practical, collaborative, and genuinely helpful. I also bring warmth and humor into the work so it feels more like a real conversation with someone in your corner rather than being analyzed by some human computer

Hi All, My name is Linda, and I have a deep passion for helping folks grow to the heights they want to achieve. I have been a therapist for years, and have spent a great deal of time helping those who have experienced trauma. I love working with people and have a special place in my heart for the Arts and Music. For many years I owned a woodcraft and ceramic business and continue to keep crafts close to me. I also love music and love to play the organ, piano, and guitar. I was a non-traditional student and received my bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology in 1996 from East Stroudsburg University, then raised my own three children for a while. I returned to school and completed my master's degree in Social Work in 2020 from Capella University. I currently hold an LCSW in PA. I have taken many additional trainings in Trauma-informed counseling, DBT, EMDR, and of course crafts/painting. Helping folks care for themselves is extremely important in life’s struggles, and sharing the heart's desires helps us all navigate the world. It is with great anticipation that I get to know the uniqueness of you in a holistic environment where we can work on reaching the heights of your passion. I hope all my folks find me supportive and comforting on their journey in life. We can do this! See you soon!

Hi, my name is Bradley Levy LICSW and have 20 years of experience in the field. Are there changes that either you want to or need to act upon? If things feel too difficult to change and you need guidance, support, direction, and empathic listening you might be a great candidate for individual therapy from me. What separates me from other clinicians is my versatility. Throughout my career, I have worked at every level of care and every population. From individual therapy/group therapy to intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs to being the clinical director at a locked psychiatric hospital, I have seen pretty much everything. My main objective in all cases is to try and build a trusting rapport/relationship in which no judgment is made and an atmosphere where one can feel safe talking about difficult issues, their current level or desire to change through motivational interviewing and CBT. Over the years I have come to develop areas of extreme expertise such as addiction (either oneself or a loved one), co-occurring disorders or dual diagnosis, dealing with any diagnosis from adjustment disorders to more complex or serious mental illness which includes major depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, and the conditions that fall within these categories. In addition, I can offer case management services, assist with paperwork, or find the right treatment if need a higher level of care.

Hi there. I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who has been practicing for 20+ years, serving both Massachusetts and Maine. I truly believe everyone can benefit from therapy and consider this work impactful to all. Beginning this journey is no easy feat as it's never easy to acknowledge or ask for help. I thoroughly enjoy working with women or are finding themselves "stuck", reeling after a break up, pondering if the relationship they are in is best suited for them. I have also focused on couples couseling-exploring new ways to reconnect, navigating a decision to no longer continue and the aftermath of divided homes with children. My approach is direct and action focused. I want to find the most efficient way to retrain your brain and try something new! I consider myself lucky to be the one to help you through your toughest moments and guide you to a path of mental well being. You having the opportunity to be your best self and living your best life is my ultimate goal.

My name is Nadine Thompson, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. I earned my Master of Social Work degree, specializing in Clinical Practice, from Smith College School of Social Work in 1991. I also have post-graduate certification in Addiction counseling, multicultural practice, DBT, and Couples and Family Therapy. I've worked in many different settings with individuals and families who have a variety of personal issues such as depression/anxiety, stress, family problems, trauma/abuse, addiction, relationships/parenting, and more. Over the past 30 years as a clinician, my experience has taught me that the most important aspect of counseling by far is the rapport, connection, and comfort you feel with your therapist. Recently, I have come to really see the value in being able "to hold space" for clients to express their deepest feelings and possibly find the answers and direction that they need as they become more self-aware. We all want to be able to share our personal truths and be accepted and understood. I believe in the power of “telling our stories”, as a pathway to healing and resilience. Our work together may include you being able to see yourself and those around you more clearly and develop tools and strategies for creating change in your life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples. My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy. I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility. Welcome to Grow Therapy! I'm looking forward to working with you to support your goals and enhance your overall well-being. My approach draws on evidence-based therapeutic practices to help individuals better understand their emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. The primary approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). CBT focuses on identifying and challenging unhelpful or distorted thought patterns to improve emotional well-being and promote healthier behaviors. DBT emphasizes building practical skills in four key areas: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. I have experience working with adults facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and co-occurring substance use disorders. My goal is to provide a collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, build on your strengths, and work toward the changes that matter most to you.

I'm Malanne, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and founder of SlateCole Counseling and Consultation. I work with high-functioning women, couples, caregivers, and fellow helping professionals; the people who keep everyone else's world running while quietly running on empty themselves. My path into this work wasn't purely academic. Before opening my own practice, I spent years in child welfare, foster care, residential treatment, and school-based mental health, settings that taught me how much people can carry while still showing up, still functioning, still holding it together for everyone watching. I've also walked my own path as a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and cancer survivor, and I know firsthand what it means to keep caring for others while learning to care for yourself too. I bring that lived understanding into the room alongside my clinical training. I'm the author of 31 Days to a Merry Modern Marriage; and relational healing, whether within a marriage, a family, or a friendship with yourself, is at the center of how I practice. In session, I'm warm, direct, and practical. I don't believe therapy should feel clinical or distant, and I don't believe you have to hit a breaking point to deserve support. My approach draws on CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care, but the real work is helping you feel less alone in what you're carrying, and giving you real tools to carry it differently, or set some of it down.

I have been a clinical social worker for over 20 years and began my career in the Boston area. I have been practicing in Connecticut since 2008. I work as a LCSW in CT and as a LICSW in MA. Work experience includes community behavioral health, medical social work, hospice, out-patient private practice, geriatric psychiatry, partial hospitalization, and acute in-patient psychiatric hospitalization. I have had the privilege of working with adults ranging in age from 18 to 100+. My combined work experience over the years has helped me to develop my present therapeutic style based first and foremost in compassion, with the knowledge that each client is a unique individual. I trust that things can get better so you can maximize the quality of your life. Let me help you to discover this! My goal is to create a safe, collaborative environment where clients can explore their concerns, patterns or triggers and find strategies for healing. I feel that attention needs to be given to the interconnected areas of the mind, body and spirit. Addressing the whole – mind, body and spirit - and increasing self-awareness, will improve self-acceptance and strengthen self-compassion. Areas of clinical work with adults for individual therapy include, but are not limited to - anxiety, depression, stress related to change and life transitions – college, retirement, move to assisted living, etc.…aging, caregiver stress, grief/loss, parents of adult children with major mental health and/or SUD (substance use disorders), separation/divorce, medical problems, self-care, self-esteem, early diagnosed neurocognitive disorders, and spirituality. Whatever your situation, I look forward to working with you toward your goals.
