Hello and welcome! I’m Samantha, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth services across Georgia and South Carolina. I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, and adults through some of life’s most challenging and meaningful moments.
Sometimes the things we carry don’t look heavy from the outside. You may be managing work, relationships, family, and everyday responsibilities while feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure of where to begin. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can bring all of yourself to therapy and explore what’s beneath the surface at your own pace. I genuinely enjoy getting to know the person behind the struggles and creating a space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and supported.
I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed, and solution-focused techniques, tailoring each session to you, your needs, and your goals. My hope is that our work together gives you greater clarity, self-understanding, and something meaningful to carry into your everyday life.

My philosophy towards Therapy is the following:
"The nice thing about things that are urgent is that if you wait long enough they aren’t urgent anymore.” --Dr. Amos Tversky The demands of modern society have created an environment in which every moment of every day seems to be urgent. This constant sense of urgency leads to stress, which in turn makes you feel overwhelmed and unfulfilled. You may feel like each day is no more than a series of crises and that you can’t keep up with everything. Finding your way out of this loop requires stepping outside of your daily routine and figuring out what really matters to you.
It takes a great deal of courage to seek help for oneself. I commend you for taking the first step towards improving your life and will stand by and encourage you along this journey together.
