I received my Master's from Barry University with a dual master's in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a veteran and proudly served in our US Navy which drives my heart to provide help for veterans, retired military, military personnel, and their families. I’ve been practicing since 2015. I help adults struggling with relationship stress, career stress, life transitions, and burnout become the best versions of themselves.
